Antipasto and Pasta Salad

This Colourful, well-balanced salad mimics the classic Italian hors d’oeuvre antipasto ("before the pasta"). It includes Genoa Salami, mozzerella cheese, grilled red peppers, Artichokes, button mushrooms, Pepperoncini peppers, Kalamata and Spanish green olives. This salad is a buffet or picnic pleaser.

Garden Vegetable Broccoli Salad

This Broccoli salad is slighty sweet with chewy dried cranberries and green peas that pop in your mouth. Assisted with cauliflower, cheddar cheese and red onions to complete it.

For a pleasing colour contrast, try placing this salad on top of red leaf lettuce or red cabbage leaves.
