Antipasto and Pasta Salad

This Colourful, well-balanced salad mimics the classic Italian hors d’oeuvre antipasto (“before the pasta”). It includes  mozzerella cheese, grilled red peppers, Artichokes, button mushrooms, Pepperoncini peppers, Kalamata and Spanish green olives. This salad is a buffet and picnic pleaser.
